- Presented by Elijah Whitham-Powell, Measuring distributional similarity with MMD and two sample permutation testing. Using MMD to measure each dataset (INRIX and PORTAL), can demonstrate similarity or lack thereof the two distributions. This measure can be applied to the following:
- Individual readings, one timestamp one sensor.
- One sensor with all 15 min internal readings for the year as features of that sensor reading.
- One 15 min internal and every sensor in the systems
